Bottomless Lake - Budapest

I had a nice stroll around this lake with my friend on my birthday and took these shots. I just resist taking photos of the trees. The blue sky is the most beautiful background I can imagine and all the flowers. Well the result is thousands of tree pictures. :)

These images had to be cropped, because I don't have long enough lens. I didn't expect them to be as sharp as they are, because these lovely ducklings were quite far away from me.  So I'm very happy with these images. :)

Farmville (Level 5) :)

It's my birthday. Tomorrow I'm going back to London, so I went to visit my grandpa to say goodbye. That's him (right) and his neighbour (left) with his puppy. Below you can see my grandpa's cats and chickens and flowers etc.

Noname cat

Free range chickens

And special bred puppy, called Schatzi. :)

Orchids

I thought it's a nice way to start the blog with my mum's beautiful orchids. :) She always has plenty of flowers on each one of them. My one at home never ever flowers!

Supermoon

I spent ages setting up my tripod and took about a hundred blurry photos of the moon before I gave up and all disappointed went back to my room on the night of the Supermoon. But before I put my camera away I put in Google: How on Earth do we photograph the Moon? Well, I found it and the settings were the complete opposite of what I had thought. So I went back to the garden this time without my tripod and I shot these images. I quite like them. My plan is to get a telescope and take images through that next time and taking a picture of the movement of the stars in Bold mode is also among my plans.

After rain

Oh this was such a magical day! I woke up by the sun shining into my eyes at 8am. I looked out of my window and it was so pretty outside. I put a coat on my pyjamas and went outside to take pictures. It was raining all night and in the morning the sun came out. In the shades the leaves and the grass were a little frosty.

Matrioshka project

OMG! The amount of time I spent on this photo! I made it for the course I'm doing. The assignment was to take a photo of an object in an artistic way. I have chosen my matrioshka doll, but I just didn’t have any ideas how make it look artistic. I have lined them up took several pictures of them choosing always a different one of them to focus on. I played with different settings but my pictures just looked very boring. Days passed and then I gave up on the matrioshka dolls. I found my glass earth globe and I thought that it would look pretty in the sunshine, so I started taking pictures of it and noticed I can see through it, that’s how the idea of putting my matrioshka doll and the houses (from across the road) behind it came to me and I was really happy I got this idea, because originally I wanted to use the dolls for my homework, but I wanted to create something interesting. I'm very happy with the result and I got maximum points from my tutor. :)
