do yoga

Yoga is not just a part of my life, but it's part of me. It's not a job or a form of exercise, it's not even a lifestyle. It is a part of me. My practise is something I truly own and nobody can take away from me. It sometimes rocks, and sometimes not. It is something I carry everywhere I go, it is something I turn to, something I love and hate sometimes. It is something I developed, nurtured, turned away from and came back to again. It is something I always come back to eventually, because it simply completes me. Without my practise I am not a whole. I am not fully alive. Yoga showed my potential. It has shown me what a magnificent being I am, how much more I am capable of than I had thought. This is why I became a yoga teacher. I wanted to show people their true potential.
Once you realise you are a magnificent being on the yoga mat, once you build confidence, once you get stronger and more flexible and once you begin loving yourself, these same qualities will appear in every other aspect of your life.
